Modelled in Bryce 5.5, touched up in Photoshop CS 2. More of my ongoing fascination with depth of field...

love love love the colors. i love blue and yellow, and together i think they are great. love the reflections on each. and the subject is very interesting. not too fond of the blurry one where it is, my eye goes right towards that instead of the focused parts. great idea though, i really like it! ~abby

i apologize for my delay in replying to all of your wonderful comments...senior year in hs has me incredibly busy and almost frantic...

Thanks for the comments! I actually agree with you, the distance blur is distracting; but it took so long to render -- about 30 hours -- that I didn't have the patience to fix it and render it again...

very nice use of the DOF settings.. the color choices work very well.. next time poosibly bring the focal point closer to the front as to not get lost.. and seeing where the "eggs" stop is a bit distracting.. very nice image tho..

the image looks real. it took me a second to see that it wasn't. pretty much i agree with aitmn10 and xyccoc on what to do with the image.
