Took this yesterday on my way back to Seattle. I did this with HDR again and it really helped here. Waterfalls are generally tough because of the intensity of the white in the water and if there are shadows around it's generally a lost cause but this came out pretty well I thought - way better than I could have done without HDR.

Wow, just amazing. This is a big treat here you created! The water effect is superb! So much detail! You really hit the jackpot on this one, the colors are amazing and so are the shadows. Can't say enough good things and can't say any bad.

The colors are crazy. The water is the most beautiful part. The falls are great too but the water is just amazing. The growth around it looks a little unnatural but gosh, what a great shot.

This is amazing... I have recently discovered HDR imaging and it's very amazing technology.... GREAT job on this... if I could vote on it it'd be a 10 ;) definate fav :)

Thanks, super_stein. I think that the HDR images do almost look "hyper-real" sometimes and therefore, "almost fake". That is kind of their curse and their blessing at the same time. It seems to me that making a good balance is key to these things.

Awesome example of the power of HDR....I usually purposefully avoid "moving" subjects when shooting for HDR, but this makes me question why the heck I never played with it more under similar circumstances...
