This young lady resides in the newly restored Library of Parliament, Ottawa Canada, which is the conical building that you can see here behind the main Parliament building . As we were touring the interior, a ray of sun was shining through a high window to highlight her perfectly and throw the rest of this full frame shot into deep shadow. Enjoy!
