This old house sits on the foredune at the beach in Rustico, PEI Canada. I cloned out a set of dis-functional electrical wires that were leading to the roof edge from off screen.

I could see myself staying here for a few days Dave. Reminds me of what we call "fishing shacks" that are used mainly for week-end trips by the guys down by the river. This is a most beautiful and serene photo. I can almost feel the ocean breeze on my face.Looks like it could be a keeper with a little TLC. This is going into my favorites.

Don't tell me it's good, tell me what is good about it. Don't tell me it stinks, tell me what I can do do improve it. Thank you for taking the time to tell me anything at all. Be blessed. anne :-)

i have always wanted a beach house more than anything. this might just be the one we could afford. thanks for finding it for me the simplicity of the shot is perfect. i like the way the house is not quite in the middle of the page. jen

I find this shot delightful. It emphasizes the shack and sets kind of a nostagic mood balanced by the hopefulness of such a beautiful day.

Never rebuke while you’re still indignant about a fault committed—wait until the next day, or even longer. Then calmly, and with a purer intention, make your reprimand. You’ll gain more by a friendly word than by a three-hour quarrel. -Josemaria Escriva

First of all I want to congratulate you on your excellent cloning job. I searched and searched, and I can't see a telltale sign. *high five* I also like the way the background sets the feel for this pic, since I was in the sky and then the sea for so long looking for the work you did, I began to realize how soft and muted the sky was right down to the horizon where it meets the ocean and blends effortlessly into the next element..water...very nice canvass work on this...and yes, I like old abandoned houses for some reason. I love to make up stories about what the people must have been like, and esp where you live I've heard there can be some harsh conditions at times...is this in one of those areas? ..lol..it comes with built in air conditioning, and obviously the neighbors don't care if you mow the lawn...and there are even wild flowers for the start of a natural flower garden..when did you say we could move in? ..lol..nice take..nice feel..all around a pleasing presentation. :)PJ
