This is a macro of some prairie grass. The textures fascinated me. Just had to try this and see what kind of a photo it would be.

I'm thinking this is some kind of foxtail, which isn't quite native..but it's still one of my favorite grasses. Nice shot too, though I get the feeling it could look even better if you adjust/brighten up the colors a bit in photoshop. (Autolevels would probably do the trick)

Oh, this has really fabulous textures & clarity. Looks like a 3D and the grass is coming out at me. Beautiful
