Here's another shot from the Rein Valley in Germany. The building in the middle of the river used to serve as a "Toll" building. Years back the citizens from the town in the back ground would collect tolls from the boats that would want to pass. The only problem was that during a certain part of the year the river would rise and the building would flood ... Not a "Prefect" system ...:)
