this was captured at Annecy, France where there is a beautiful lake. I have posted some other pictures of that same lake.

Beautiful shot, nice perspective on the boat. I'm looking forward to more pics.

Lovely shot. Could do with a bit more contrast. Was it taken with a digital? - most digital shots seem to require some contrast enhancement. Bienvenu à Caedes.

yes, it is digital : all my photos are taken with a Canon A70.
Thanks for the advice about contrast !

What a beautiful shot, "elie". This shot has beautiful nature, solitude, and silence. The colors look very watercolor-ish. I'd bet that if you put a watercolor effect on it you'd get something pretty cool.

Agree with Steb on the contrast. Otherwise quite a shot and love that boat color! ;)

I'm no expert on these things but something about the way the contrast of this exists now made it special for me to look at. I focused in on the boat right away, and then I was surprised by the beautiful background that was waiting for my eyes to wander to. Perhaps I will play with the contrast a bit and compare to the original to see if it has anything to do with that. Anyway, wonderful capture!

Thanks for your comments,
i will soon post the same with a bit more contrast : the colors are less "waterish", and the background appears more precisely, less "lost away"...

I've always been fascinated with boat pictures. It's got my vote. This image might have looked good on a rainy dayw/the raindrops hitting the water. Just a thought. Nice picture !
