I like the compostition. and contrast of colors. Makes me want to go there (if it were only possible) and experiment woith different views. I am partial to delapidated buildings in photos, I think they give them characther.

Perfect composition, just the right amount of horizon to contrast with the darker sea, and your eye is drawn around to the tower which is perfectly placed for focus. Very nice.
