To celebrate the last day of school (yippee! I'm free!), this is a bloom from our Elephant Ears plant, also known as Alocasia. I took this awhile back, when I still had plenty of flowers in the yard. Thanks to all who view and comment. Update: so many of you responded to this photo with what I had also felt about it that I figured I should change the title to reflect its true communication. ;)

Since I'm first here I might as well say it...very erotic. Nice job on this, it is extremely clear and well framed.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes
