Announcing the beginning of summer is one of my favorite Hibiscus plants. This is not a macro. This is what I refer to as my Man-Eating Hibiscus. Every year a little past the summer solstice, this beauty finally awakes from its winter slumber.

This is a lovely colour Hibiscus you have here Don. Very nice shot too and you can see every vein in those lovely pink petals. Well done!

That's some Hi Biscuits ya got there, I need one like that
for a beach Umbrella. Anywho a great shot of the monster plant
that ate New York. Beautiful colour & detail very well done.

That is one man eating Hibiscus :-). Those flowers are huge!
It´s to cold in the winters for Hibiscus here, but we do grow them in pots and place them outside during the summer. I love the color and size of this one. I can see why it´s one of your favorites. Great shot!
