San Antonio has a remarkably different zoo. This stone structure offers visitors a view of a number of different cats while passing through a rock labyrinth that provides a cool shade from the south central Texas sun. Every outdoor exhibit designed to provide protection from the heat for both the animals and the visitors. This was taken on Oct. 19th. The fall temperatures had fallen to a balmy 87F.

---The fall temperatures had fallen to a balmy 87F---

Almost the same as in Holland Don: however, just 43 degrees F in the morning and 44 degrees F in the afternoon, lol.
Thanks for your fine capture of the San Antonio zoo.
Regards, Cornelius.

San Antio zoo sure has a creative, & practical design Don, it's certainly a lot better than many traditional formats.

Looking at your photo I expect to see some wild animals prowling in the background. :o)

I like the lushness of the trees and the way in which they contrast with the stone. Nice shot here Don. Well done!
