Damn! This is just the kind of shot I am hoping to post myself one day. But the Gods have not been friendly lately...
I like the multi layer effect. Yes, it is awesome!
But words are things, and a small drop of ink, falling, like dew, upon a thought produces that which makes thousands, perhaps millions think and smile.
Art is everywhere, except it has to pass through a creative mind.
Makes me homesick for the evening skies of McAllen, Beeville, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Houston, Missouri City, Deer Park. Lived in all those places. Remember many sunsets like this. Thanks for sharing.
Wow, that is one big sky full of sunrise! They don't make 'em like that in New England. I've seen a lot of pretty ones, but they just don't fill the sky like this. Top marks on bringing us a beauty!
wow.. are these clouds or is it boiling lava?! i'm looking at your image and feel like i'm inside a volcano :)
i can't believe you've captured such an omnipotent sky.. it certainly looks astonishing! and the fog adds a certain mysterious spirit to this image.. like a scene from a fantasy book or a movie.. enchanted.. i like the contrast - black silhouettes of the trees against the tremendous sky.. simply perfect. i love the fascinating colours...
thank you for sharing this breathtaking sunrise with us! have a nice day :)
Majestic, is the word that comes to mind. Such an incredible image, and yes, this one is all about the colours ... not. The detail of the cloud formation is so essential to this image. I am amazed at the clarity.
You have captured gorgeous textures in the clouds, and the glowing gold, blue, and pinks are just lovely. The trees in shadow complete what is a wonderful picture!
