Here is another of those large Imperial Moths. This one was paler in color than my previous posting. With a wing span of five-and-one-half inches, he is the largest of this sort of moth to visit our house.

Much better focus on this one, and though more muted in colouring than his friend, he's still pretty. Although... I don't think I'd like him buzzing about my bedroom at night! He's almost as large as the bats were at the lake in Vermont. ;-)))

Now I don't particularly like Moths, but they don't really bother me...but this photo is really nice. I love the muted colours of this flutterby. Nice you were able to get this.Verena
