Pardon my ignorance but I have no idea what this architectural eccentricity is about, but when it hove into view during a boat tour along the Seine near Paris I had to snap it. I found its truncated thrust riverward kind of fascinating, as though it's a bridge that almost was. I may receive criticisms for showing too much sky but I found that almost as interesting as the structure which inclined me to be generous in including it.

And with the camera meter reading that much sky, it significantly underexposed the structure and shoreline area.
However, it's not that difficult to fix. Just reverse what the light meter did. Correct the exposure for the land mass, and darken the sky area until there's detail in the central clouds area and it should be well balanced.
