That's it ... I refuse to let you monopolize my favorites folder. I'm beginning to take them out starting with "In the spotlight" ... right after I put this one in there. :o) As always Gregg ... a perfect capture. I really get a kick out of the expressive pose you caught here. Great photography.

I just saw some of these babies this morning and had to ask my husband what they were called again. They eat on the ground I think. I didn't notice the face in the wood before you mentioned it. I love the dialog you made up to go with the scene. It really is fitting. Beautiful image, as always, Gregg!

I see it different. It feels as if the bird plays the "little girl" and tries to look up, since this is soooooooo cute. Very good capture and I like how the focus is on the bird alone.
