This meltdown must have been really agonizing with dial-up! I pretty much gave up and I have high-speed. I'm glad you were able to post this. It's a beautiful cardinal. These are such pretty little birds. I've never seen one in California.

Great shot, i only wish there was a little more negative space between his crown/tail feathers and the edge of the frame - maybe a vertical arrangement? i can't decide, it looks really nice this way too. Nonetheless, it is a beautiful piece.
