I have dial up, and this site has been slow latley. It has been almost imossible to comment on your photos or vote on them. I hope this photo will upload, I am still here...until then, enjoy my bird.

I had to skip to the top of the list just so that I could make a comment that was pretty current. I hope that you're not still having difficulties...I'm purring right along now. Great bird shot, my friend.
Boy Gregg you captured yet another of our beloved Cardinals :) with his crest up and looking mighty pretty there....good close shot (or crop)my friend. I am so glad that you take such excellent shots of the feathered friends that I enjoy so very much on my deck. Thank you once again for sharing them with me ;=)
*You will have noticed that I haven't been commenting as much on your fine images!..This is because of the pains in my hands!..the constant use of the keyboard, makes this difficult..so, my dear friends..I can only apologise to you all in advance!*

Without a doubt, I am enjoying your cardinal, Gregg. Can I have it to put on my next Christmas tree? I do have lots of them on there usually and this one is just perfect!
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

This meltdown must have been really agonizing with dial-up! I pretty much gave up and I have high-speed. I'm glad you were able to post this. It's a beautiful cardinal. These are such pretty little birds. I've never seen one in California.
Gregg, this is awesome, as usual. This site has been very slow for me lately, too and I even have broadband internet ISP. Hang in there, and keep those uploads coming, we LOVE them.
Great shot, i only wish there was a little more negative space between his crown/tail feathers and the edge of the frame - maybe a vertical arrangement? i can't decide, it looks really nice this way too. Nonetheless, it is a beautiful piece.
