This is my first in the series, It is hard to get the bird and flower focused, and I need to work on the lighting. Those are Penta plants, the hummer goes to each one.

And the bird looks so nice against those colors, Gregg. I think that you're right about having the flowers as the counterpoint to the hummers now. You've proved you can get them sitting and in flight at the feeders, but this is taking it just that one step further....of course I saved it :)

Even if that little guy wouldn't be still it is a fabulous shot Gregg. I like the composition and I like the moment you captured.

This is a super shot and of course is in my faves. The natural setting with the flowers adds a lot to the picture. You have certainly "raised your game" to a new level with this more difficult challenge. Extra credit for knowing the name of the flower. Proud of you!

Oh Boy ... a series of these is something to look forward to. Just had this in the VB. Came here to congratulate the member. Didn't realize it was one of yours. A bit of a departure from your previous Hummer shots. Liked this a great deal Gregg. The flowers add so much to the overall image. Great start to the series.

The flowers do a lot to add a very natural look to the hummers Gregg. I realize that you lose a bit of sharpness since the hummers are 'hovering' while they eat, but the overall effect and appearance of the image has a lovely softness about it that is quite appealing to me. Thanks for sharing this with me :)
Good job my friend !
