There is something about the Tawny's that I really like. Not sure what it is but I just find this to be such a outstanding looking Eagle. Your image here is fantastic in all ways and already in my faves. sandi♥

As I'm sure you're aware there are quite a few Eagle/Hawk?etc pictures on the site. Allow me to be one of the first to say that this stands with the best of them. The focus, the contrast, the clarity, the control of the DOF...everything about this post is outstanding (IMHO!).

Fab'd already Gregg. He is so gorgeous and I've never seen this type around here, but they could be. We have quit a few bald headed eagles though. This has fabulous detail and colours & excellent close up.
