I think you are feeding them pretty good Eggz. They all seem to have a mouthful when you take their photo. Another good one from the Bird Ranch.

Did you haul a pine tree into your studio? I know. You have your Christmas tree resting on the deck! lol No matter, the image looks really great and very natural with the pines in there. A wonderful woodpecker image, sure to be enjoyed by all!

I like the new bell and whistle of a pine tree....perhaps there could be more innovations on the way since you have the bird photography thing all down to a science?

Beautiful color and clarity. The fir branch really adds
to the shot. I think green is always most excellent for
bringing out color in a bird. Woodpeckers are tough birds
to shoot, not very photogenic like your cardinals. Seems
like they are always hunched over. Mine look the same way.

Gregg, this is wonderful. Tack sharp where it needs to be and perfectly blurred out bg. Excellent natural color and great composition. I'm thinkin' I might have cropped out the extra twigs on the right - they serve no purpose and sort of drag my eye away from bird-dude. Then you'd also have to crop a little left and bottom so he's not heading off the page or dead center. Just a thought. Beautiful shot. Thanks for sharing. anne :-)

There are tons of websites for uploading snapshots - photos of your neice, back yard, etc. "Caedes Man" did not start this website for that purpose. His intent was to offer a venue for folks to share artistic images that could be used as desktop backgrounds. Does anyone really want an out of focus shot of a dog for a desktop background? probably not. Let's share the good stuff and help others by telling them what's good or how to improve an image. We could all make Caedes a great site for everyone and use those other places for the snapshot sharing. A first rate family snap sharing website is www.easysite.com. FREE website to share all your snaps plus a whole lot more. Thanks for giving honest and usable feedback. Blessings to all, anne :-)
