I put my Christmas tree on the deck this weekend, the birds like to hide in there and use it for shelter. This Junco seemed to like it. My last bird post till next weekend. (stop clapping everyone)

So is this like hauling the decks with hows of folly? I am confused. At least the bird isn't. Very clear and your little junco seems quite at home. I wasn't clapping, it was the birds stamping their little feet. Hurry back Eggz.

i tried to tie all the colors together in my 'backfield' shot of a blue jay like you do. i went overboard of course... and ruined the photo.

What a great idea Gregg..to give our feathered friends a place to 'hang out' in the cold. I don't do real tree (we just have a small one), but I applaud what you are doing!!
Your little Junco friend looks quite content amongst the pine needles. Someone told me these are called 'snow birds". I need to check that out.
