First worthy post from my new bird studio. All types of the old songbirds from my last one are starting to show up. I hope to have more soon... Have a great day.

I think it only fitting that a Cardinal would show up to the new bird studio in the St. Louis area Eggz. Of course I faved. After all, it is a Cardinal.

He IS a beauty! Wonderful details and color. I can appreciate it all the more from the numerous red blurred photos I have deleted from my camera! : )

A beautiful cardinal - Ohio's state bird and St Louis' ball team - this one should really make both JimBob and Tick happy. This guy does have "the look" - probably looking for food. He looks a bit thin for a cardinal as most of the ones I see are pretty hefty.

I find the colour of these birds amazing. Wish we had birds like that over here in England, but I expect they wouldnt last long with our Magpies. Lovely colour and composition. Well done!
