This time I even like the frame, it really complements the picture. It's a wonderful image, you're a master! Love the composition, I recognize Zalew, you take it from different viewing points, and they all are great, but this on is "a cracker" (as Bob would say, sorry Bob, I was first).
absolutely stunning, great view, deep and clear colors, very well posted, I agree with Ewa, the framing is so perfect, its just simply with class...Love it. Ewa, now u got my heart :)
Great job! I like the composition alot. It's warm and cold all at the same time...gives you the feel of a beach, but in the winter...hmm. Very nice. Looks a little like a nearby "lake" here in Iowa...but much cleaner. =) I like the framing...nice and simple works well with this shot. Great job!

You froze me completely Ewa. This is some simple and wonderful. You have done a neat job with the composition and the focus. Its nice to see the ice and the snow side by side.
Don't be blue, winter will be over soon and the trees will wake and sprout new life. Until then keep searching for the beauty of winter like you have found here.
What a capture this is Ewa! I love the depth this image has....there is that soft peachy color at the horizon that draws my eyes all the way to the back of the image. Then I am pulled forward by the ice floes in the water. The water is so clear and so calm, it looks like a mirror. The land that we see to the right looks very far away. You did good on this one girlfriend....high marks from em! :~))
Also, thanks for visiting ~is it spring?~ that is my hope bouquet..hoping that spring is here really soon for both you & me!!!! The dreary days of winter grow old after awhile and we begin to be impatient for the colorful sights and sounds of spring. I am glad that I was able to bring a spot of color into your world albeit for a brief moment. Your ocntinued support, comments and critique are deeply appreciated. :~)
Beautiful shot Ewa... love the colours, the blues and the way the trees stand out... gorgeous work, the frame really does well with this one... great work
Beauty in perfection!
It pleases me and makes me sad at the same time. The scene could have been in Holland where I live, but it has been so many years ago that winter held our country in a firm grip, allowing us to do what we do best: ice skating.
Thanks Ewa.
It was 93 degrees here today, so I sat in front of this composition to cool off. it worked Love the frozen ice. there is something .....elegant....about this photo. It is delicate in color and presentation. It doesn't BARGE in on your world or attempt to trample one's eyeballs. It is just a pleasure to look at. Mission accomplished.
