The creek was leading her deep into the dark and vivid green strange world bursting with life and vitality. Surprisingly lush greenery welcomed her with open arms. She followed the glittering liquid path admiring complex nature of tree root systems and the distinctive texture of the twigs scattered about on the bank... Suddenly she spotted light in the distance.

Ewa, your photo has a summoning quality about it, interesting with the shadings and what's that? I see the light at the end! :) If you're not a professional story teller, you should be! I have enjoyed this image tremedously and thanks for sharing all of your talents! - Patty

And? and, and, what happens next?????!!!

Yes, it IS a storybook setting and you've captured it well, with the tangled roots and the rough bank of the creek and the moss and the closed-in feeling. Love it.

Another fairy tale image I spotted today on Caedes !!!
Ewcia, apart from being a very talented girl you are also so lucky to have encountered a water area which has not dried up completely yet !!!
In Szczecin I went last night on the Goplana Lake [which I photographed earlier and posted here too] only to see that half of the lake was missing and whatever was left was thick and muddy ... No frogs or ducks ...
In Szczecin we had not one single drop of water since the beginning of June and the temp all the time within 30 - 35 degrees ...
This image brings lots of relief to my eyes sore with dry dust here and also lots of joy to Boris who makes his paws wet virtually !!!
Thanks, dear friend, and completely dry [literally LOL] congratulations !!!!

I knew you would strike oil with this one, Eva. It's a keeper and graces my desktop on not one computer but two. The lighting in this composition is fantastic. It is just gorgeous from every sphere of critique. Marvelous.

So mysterious Ewa. It looks as though fairies would live here playing in the shadows. Such an amazing shot this is.
