ok.. in short: 1. Cutting of the b&w image... 2. The trees could be even darker. The backround is really dark and your b&w is also dark so why that light trees? (3. I would have also added a little green or cyan tint to the b&w.) 4. Something's wrong with the dimensional effect. That's maybe because you have taken these two photos from very different angles.
For now, that's it. Maybe it's hard to believe after that kind of comment but I really like this image. ^_^
