Hi Jim, I like the contrast between the sky scrapers verticals and the wide open cityscape on the right side but for me the lines in this are all too square, fifty fifty on the horizon and fifty fifty on how much of the shot is dominated by verticals and how much is dominated by horizon. The road lights on the bottom left, that diagonal leading partway into the image, is teasing but incomplete. I understand that shots taken from a limited position (Eg Our hotel room window.) force compositional constraints on us so perhaps my comments are irrelevant in this situation.
