I took this picture last summer, I tried to edit it a little in photoshop (adjusting the contrast, colors, etc...) but i'm still a beginner. Any comment or suggestion is welcome!

This is a very natural and relaxing scene, that makes a very nice desktop backgound.. I really like the two-track leading the eye to the tree and the horizon. Good texture, details and depth of field.

I agree with AlphaDog....
You've done a pretty good job on this...it still looks very natural and not so overedited like some other images shown here sometimes...I love the natural look and feel.
Overall a very nice and soothing desktop....
Good work from you, Eric...

My dear Eric, I would like to see this photo in 2006 callendar. Please give it a chance. I love it. It is so soft and inviting. Gives a feeling of the late warm afternoon in August. Congratulations. High marks from me and it goes stright away to my favourites.

Very nice image, the softness you've captured in the grass is great. Love the composition also.

Cheers..............

Beautiful, soft, relaxing... I think all this has been said already. Great job on this.

It’s a beautiful composition and scene. If it needs anything, just use levels to pull the midtones down a touch then darken the shadows, again just a touch. Don’t overdo it because it looks pretty darn good already.

Great photo Eric, and well done with the editing! This makes a brilliant desktop.
One thing I would say is to maybe remove the tree on the very left (?).

Great first post though! I'll be looking out for others from you..
