Does anybody know how I would turn this so it's facing the right way?

Good morning Erica
Having a good grin here. I came to this photo to see if you had a reason to twist it 90 degrees - maybe something artistic you saw I didn't :)
Pick it up in your favourite image editing program and rotate it 90 degrees clockwise. GIMP is good for this, or Paintshop Pro, or if you have those sort of $$$$, Photoshop. Presuming you run Windows, download a copy of Irfinview, and use that to rotate it. My personal choice is Gwenview, but then, I run Linux, not Windows. Sometimes, right-clicking it in the file manager of your choice you can select to rotate it.
Righto - sitting here with my left ear on my left shoulder (aint worked out how to put that ear on my right shoulder yet) this image demonstrates your artistic eye. You have [picked up the pattern between the spikes, joins and rails, not to mention the balance between the lines running the length of the image and those running across. Interesting contrasts in patterns between wood and metal.

Music is more than the notes we hear; it is the spaces between the notes that make it complete.

Erica... without using other programs... just windows... I can rotate Cw or Ccw by going into my picture folder (using My Computer or some shortcut to my picture folder). A right-click on the pic you wish to rotate will bring up options... use copy then right-click on an empty area and click on paste. That will create a copy of your picture that you can right-click upon and choose rotate clockwise or counter clockwise. You can skip the copy/paste but windows will suggest you perform this operation before modifying the image. :o)
Irfanview... freeware... as Romane said, will do the job as well and will be an excellent pic viewer as well. Irfanview homepage But you will have to save the image after rotating it! :o)

The quickest fix is to turn your computer screen 90 degrees clockwise lol. By the way, when you rotate the shot, make sure you don't rotate 180 degrees clockwise or you'll have to rename the image "On the left track". Personally, I think the shot looks pretty good the way it is.
