This is beautiful and the watch is very well detailed. A suggestion? The light on the right side is too bright and it makes the good details harder to see. I was wondering about the title also - what does it mean? Overall, a wonderful job!

It is amazing (assuming you made it from scratch) but I agree that the lighting washes out some of the detail.
