I wanted something floating in the wind, but it reminds me more of a fish.

overlapping surfaces and poor rendering. take up too much space and the colors don't mix well... i'd back off from 3d rendering, if i were you.

I think a little more could have been done with the background; it might help lighten the emphasis on the object.

And by the way, I don't see anything wrong with Selfreichous's (sp?) comment; what he's said may be negative, but it's all useful critique. Are you saying that negative criticism isn't welcome? The people who you SHOULD tell to shut up are those who just write "sucks", or even those who just write "cool"; they don't tell anyone else what it is they like/dislike, so they shouldn't bother posting anything at all.

I can't understand the objections to the background. It's exactly right.

I like the curves looks like a prehistoric fish or part of a fossil. I think you should presue furthering your 3D rendering abilities.. you got something

Ooo...that's pretty cool. It needs color for a fish though. It looks like an odd skate ramp...kinda. maybe it's just the color.

splendid piece of work.
The details of this pic astound me with their crispness and focus.

Another work that could work as a company logo...I've seen several of these. Actually, this work doubles as an unique background too!

Very nice. I like the color and the texture. Nice 3D affect too. It's not a fish...it's the ship I came here in....the one I can't find and now I know where to look. Good job on this.
