I had to look up this place in google earth to see where it was situated, and i see it is in Austria, bordering Switzerland. I did not know this place, but keep it in mind for next visits to the Alps, thanks for this posting, looking great.

This has an excellent "brooding" quality to it. I also think you got the compositional balance perfect. Rather than equal thirds you've given a feel of space by having the sky a larger part of the image than an exact third and the narrow strip of green water at the bottom adds colour which lifts the whole image as well. Fantastic photo. Love it. :)
