Yes I do like it, a lot. I think a little more space on the left would look good. And that’s more observation than critique. Despite that I have to agree with Quite, it is fantastic, the details and tones are exquisite and you just have to wonder what happened to the owner of the crown. Did he leave in a hurry?
Wow, I do like this - it's flawless. Did you draw this? Wonderful details of the dragon - too many to mention! And good texture feel to the background. I like the browns of the dragon and the pale yellow background. Excellent job, I hope you'll do more of this type of work. Many thanks for this fierce fellow :^>
Come away, O human child!
To the waters and the wild
With a faery, hand and hand,
For the world's more full of weeping than you can understand -"The Stolen Child"
Very very good, and even more importantly, very very acurate. Dragons in most tales are told of as great, impressive creatures that avariciously guard stolen masses of gold and precious jewels. Beau et magnifique!!!!
"I decided that it was not wisdom that enabled [poets] to write their poetry, but a kind of instinct or inspiration, such as you find in seers and prophets who deliver all their sublime messages without knowing in the least what they mean."
--Socrates (in "Apology")
Cool is all I have to say. But I am curious what medium you used. It looks like a ink drawing (impressive if it is) but with the things I've seen here on Caedes computer imaging wouldn't surprise me.
