Sorry Patti, I don't know the name of those flowers but it certainly looks like a bush I'd like to have in my yard. Lucky you were able to catch that little bee - they don't stay grounded for very long do they?. Nice capture.

The flowers are pretty. They are an unusual color. The shadows in this composition really work because they provide needed contrast that isn't available with all the green staring at you. There is a lot of green, but it is a pretty green that doesn't batter the eyes. Nice capture. Had you been able to capture more of that bee, this would have been a killer.
