"What's in a name? that which we call 'a rose' By any other name would smell as sweet" - William Shakespeare. These roses which grow in my garden have now reached about 10 feet growing through the shrubs and reaching for the sky. well....... these are for you, my friends, for making me smile every day.

Beautiful Patti. I love the different shades of blue in the frame, it makes it so soft. Great composition and lighting. You did a great job. Thanks for bringing this to us. Anita

Wowww, what a fine wallpaper this has become, just the colors i like, red and shades of blue, and a little black for contrast.
The cadre you worked around the image suits it very well.
10 feet, well that is more than 3 meters !!! incredible, did not even know they could
go sky high like that.
Thanks for the posting and untill the next desktop Patti !

Hans.

I really like the way you've framed this and the way they seem to be reaching for the sky. I guess they are! Beautiful

yes 10ft :) It was originally a small rose bush, but the shrubs became too large around it, so it wound its way through the shrubs and now the flowers are sky high appearing above them. I had to stand on a chair to photograph them. :)
