.....now that was worth abandoning my deckchair for ...what a view and I am only half way down the hill. It was so peaceful and quiet walking down the hill, until someone's pet dog saw me walking past and decided he was going to make sure I did not trespass on his property lol! I nearly jumped right out of my skin!! hehe! nice dog...shhh! grrr! :) If you look closely right on the horizon you will see a boat.

My thoughts exactly...for that, who need shoes ;) Very nice capture and yes, I see the ship out there in the distance. Very pleasing sight here Patty and glad you shared it.

Fantastic view Patti! Beautiful colored water & I like the white structure (light house?) by the beach. Did you swim out to the ship?? LOL

Lord, that is certainly a beautiful place. What's the white structure on the rocks - a lighthouse? Fantastic capture, Patti.

That water is to die for....it contains some colors I'm not sure I've ever seen in the ocean before, let alone try and describe them, not to mention the tiny sparkle of sun on the surface. Your clarity is unsurpassed on the liquid features of this pic, and I wouldn't mind seeing less shore and trees and more of that luscious color. Well, I know a great way to do that :) On my desktop and thank you for sharing this with me..dog or no dog...lol :)PJ

needs a tad more contrast in the foreground
oh and youve got my fave ... a SLOPEY SEA :) :) :)

but the colours and layers of colours in the sea are great
the wee white spike breaks up an otherwise continous line of transition from trees to sea

nicely formatted

Now this is definitely worth getting out of that chair for Patti. The view is just gorgeous here. Sorry about the dog barking at you. I hate when that happens because you never know what they'll do.The different shades of blue here are just magnificent.
