.....but my eyes still see.... some of you will know that song! ;) another photograph from Pickmere Lake, in Cheshire, which I took late afternoon last Saturday.
..... !!!! .... !! :)) Jerry was right; no woman can be silent! I tried to say how much I like your photo with just punctuations but I couldn't stand it, Patti!! LOL Really wonderful! And so is silence, when you can stand being quiet! :))

Hehehe, Patty and Patti, in responce of the above, i will be... silent.
In Holland we have a saying, wich goes like (free translation) who is silent agrees..hehehe.
However, i have found a woman posted today, who can be silent... See Jacky's posting here.
He,he..speaking of silence..no comment! It's safer that way! LOL A beautiful capture however Patti! I really like the soft lighting..even it gives a feeling of quiet! Shhhh.. :)

This is a beautiful shot Patti...not only have you a good expousure but fantastic composition...I know the song...it is not Simon and Garfunkel?....gerry..
i don't know how to be a comedian. the sky is lovely as is its reflection in the lake. you can still see the shore and trees so it's not too dark. it's a lovely photo. jen
Still chuckling over Dutch Posting's link. I may as well not pretend that I can be silent, as everyone knows I'm a jibber jabber, although I'd like to state for the record that I have not exceeded the blue arrow to make room for more commenting in quite a while now :) This is lovely and does make one want to listen to the sounds of silence.. :)PJ
I would rather live my life as if there is a God and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't and die to find out there is.

Shhhhhhhhhh!....I know the song....It's a 'Searcher's' & 'Tremeloes' hit!....But quite a few more made it too!.........The image is a beauty Patti......and I still say it looks very much like our Talkin Tarn!.....Brilliant minds must think alike eh!.....Really stunning love.....great addition to my desktop!
This is a very beautiful shot. The only thing I would suggest for change is removing the frame and writing. For the desktop, it is a bit distracting from the beauty of the picture.
