Awesome shot, the light is very soft and low incoming, but that can be expected in this seison afterall, it gives you a chance to come home with perfect shots though.

When I saw this in the voting booth I just knew it was an early evening autumn shot. I love being out with the camera at that time. This is an awesome capture, the light is just perfect. I love the way the sun picks out the trees in the background and the gate in the foreground. Great job.
Cheers! Ray

Patti, dear,
Every time I watch you next image I say - nothing can be better !!!
Then comes the reality and every time the images are more and more beautiful and perfect. This one has all my most favourite subjects - autumn trees in colours, wooden fence and absolutely stunning sky that one sees mostly in autumn. In the spring and summer people do not look up so much I think because of the variety of flowers and smells and colours on the ground level so to say !!! LOL
Talkative I am when midnight comes LOL

Stunning image Patti and so incredibly well composed - the perspective of the gate in the foreground, the golden autumn trees atop the grassy hill and the lovely fluffy clouds are all perfectly placed make one truly wonderful scene.
