...and for Sabine who is missing my Salzburg pictures! ...yes! alas! it did rain on the 3rd day, but still different weather brings different views and I took a bus and found the mountain! and even with her head in the clouds she looks amazing! hmmm! where's my brolly, this tree is dripping water on my head! ;)

Great picture. Love the tree hanging over the top, it adds a real nice touch. You had a real good shot on the mountain, good timing too. The cloud hanging right on the mountain loooks great, and the falling rain adds a great effect. Good foreground too. Good job.

Very nice job Patti, a different scene and the rain actually makes for a good pic I think.

I think you need an "assistant', Patti - someone to carry your brolly, extra lenses, etc.!! :)) This is marvelous. The colors are so rich and vibrant, inspite of the rain. Well done!

There's nothing that can stop you since you've gotten that new equipment. and it looks as if you're becoming even better friends with it now. I'd love to be able to get a shot like that in the rain, in the dark. 'Course it probably helps that in spite of the drips you haven't got the drabs like I do over here...lol :)PJ

Stunning capture. Glad you went out shooting on a badweather day. The colors are richer in bad weather. Love the fog and the sharp capture of the tree branches gracing the top of the composition. Nice work.

Without the rain there would not be that beautiful green. Lovely pic made nicer by the overhanging branches. As Bob has already said "a beaut"

Quiet right... different weather conditions, different views. It is only how you cope with it. In this one you totaly made the best of what was availible.
Great shades, low light, subject, with overhanging leaves, a 10/10 from me.

You got me. I am deeply touched by this. Okay, I will not cry like the typically rain in Salzburg, but I am that glad, you did this for me. And such a wonderful picture. Yes, I am proud. Thanks a lot.
