....the rapid flowing River Wye meandors along the valley and flows to the left under the viaduct - I have never seen this valley before and even in the fog and mist it was beautiful - it lies not far in the Peak District from my favourite hill 'Mam Tor' - you will find several photos in my gallery posted in July. I can see I will be making a few trips back to visit this area - just 45 mins car ride from my home.

Together with the bridge image, this makes a perfect couple of pictures. I do like the fog, with the misty haze over the landscape, but i would like to see this image shot in summer to. just for comparisants sake. The trees edged around the bottom gives this image dept. perfect shot again.

Nice view even in the fog. It only takes an hour to get from one end of England to the other doesn't it? :-)

I'll slap Jerry for ya. The nerve of that man. You know, your photography is just getting plumb disgusting. Every post is gorgeous, even in winter. I have given up shooting anything around where I live until spring. Sheesh! The nerve of some people. Go find a pub and stay in it, will ya?

There's just something about fog that shrouds everything with mystery and you have captured that so well in this Patti. Lovely post.
