And that’s a beautiful way to start the New Year Patti. It might be a little to dark at the edges for my taste but a glorious scene anyway. I really like the light on those distant mountains. Happy New Year.
This is indeed beautiful and the title says it all. Must be nice to be able to travel to all these places. I'm lucky if I can leave the neighborhood. Nice work.

Definitely one of my favorite views you have shared with us in '06 and now '07 also! That lone boat out there putting the "V" in the otherwise calm waters just adds to this fantastic view! Nice job as always my friend! A terrific post to start out the new year with! ~Dan

I'm so glad my friend Dan (kidder) pointed out that boat on the water..it sort of places a person in this lovely upload of yours, Patti, as well as adding to the overall beauty, as he so aptly pointed out. Your love of this area and the gentle way you handle it shows through on all your uploads from this locale. Perhaps that's one of the things that makes an artist an artist.the sheer love of the subject, the composition, the presentation..you name it. Whatever it is it shows here, my friend..lovely post and in my faves :)PJ
Yes this is very soothing, and relaxing. I can imagine floating along in a little paddle boat and just running my hands through the water. Beautiful place.
A beautiful post to start the new year Patti. The colors and mood are mesmerizing. The water looks to be the right temperature for a New Years Polar Bear Dip! Brrrrrr....
