... and yes it is! - it is Marlow Suspension Bridge in Buckinghamshire UK, which crosses over the River Thames and by the church of All Saints! On Sunday morning I walked through the town with my youngest sister and her husband, called in a few shops of course but mostly admired the view of the river and the old buildings and bridge ...and just look at the weather and when I phoned home, my daughter said it was raining at home!

They had phones back then?? Oh..that's right we are back in modern times again! lol A beautiful looking old bridge here Patti! I love the ornate lanterns & railing! Curious how old this bridge is?? Looks like it was built for horses more than cars by how narrow it is! Nice post Patti!

This looks great on the DT. The perspective draws one right across the bridge. Lovely Patti!

Had this in the VB this morning Patti. It's a great post taken from a wonderful angle and has excellent composition and clarity and the sky is such a beautiful blue. Very well done.

I like both the bridge (reminds me on my twilight bridge) and the church. And you were at the right place at the right time, so you can show us another great sky.

yes it does look askew and all the photos of the bridge do and if I straighten the bridge the church is crooked, so I suspect the fact that it is suspended means it moves. :) (I think! hmmm)

Patti, this is a very nice caputre. The combination of bridge and church makes an attractive composition.
