..........and driving along now and again you just have to stop to take photographs of the surrounding countryside - it is soooooo frustrating sometimes when you want to take photographs and there is nowhere to pull the car in, so I was pleased today when I saw this view and there was a parking layby ...and no I did not knock the fence down!! lol! (photograph Derbyshire UK)

I see we both had great weather today Patti.
The sky was stark blue overhere as well, but i did not manage to fully enjoy it, since i was inside a museum gathering new material for new postings here :-(

But I love this. Your compositions are always so right on. Light. landscape. DOF. So Englishy and pastoral (in the best sense of the word). A big 10 in the VB.

This is a great shot also Patti with perfect composition...I can relate when you say you are driving along and see a nice shot but nowhere to stop car...I am constantly looking at tops of trees for raptors and sometimes not looking at road...gerry
