Now Patti, what gives you that idea? Very good capture. Are those "stop lights" I see on the left side? ;-)

Right now, I'm once again in the middle of a move that won't be completed for 2 weeks, once I get that done, I'll post again. I will still comment on yours. Keep smiling in the mean time. ;-) Steve

Very similar to "Sunset over Edinburgh" ... and captured with the same expertise. Beautiful sky and a fabulous silhouetted skyline. BTW I resent your assuming the other title would send my mind in the wrong direction. (* Posts comment and returns several one dollar bills to wallet*)

A great sunset considering where you were. The peaked buildings (steeples?) really help make this. Only one thing bugs me...the two redlights...I would have blanked them out...knowing you you probably drove through them.

What a great tour you are giving us of Edinburgh! I hope it will include the Botanic Gardens too? If not, I may be forced to share one or two of mine...:-)
An excellent photograph: beautifully composed, beautifully framed.

patti, this is the first time i viewed some of your work but i have to say you put your best foot foreward. the red light distracts you enough to give the sunset real impact.

The C-index score stinks (50). This deserves far more than that. I agree with others that I would have cloned out the red lights. I would have cloned out the headlights also. I love the subtle detail showing throughout the silhouette. The sky is a gorgeous orange. beautiful image.

Well your c-index should go up, I just got this in the VB and thought it marvelous! The lighting is superb and I love how the street lights add just a touch of color to the silo'd view. Well done!
