......and did I stand and stare! - this view will stay in my memory for a long time! Our small tour group arrived at Balmaha on the banks of Loch Lomond and we walked around part of the Loch then up a steep climb to see this view across Loch Lomond. We sat on top of the hill and just looked - our guide said we were very lucky - the weather was beautiful and the reflections across the Loch were stunning. The title is another line from the song Bonnie Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond - and if you click on the link you will hear the song and see some of the wonderful views over the Loch. There is also another version of the story of the song, but I have to say I like the story told by our guide the best. :)

Patti, you've brought me in troubles. Yesterday I said to you that I'll put your picture into a frame. This photograph, however, is worth to be put in a frame as well. Now I have to take a decision. Will cost me probably some time. Thanks (for sharing and the good narrative) & Regards, Cornelius

I think this is one of the best images you have posted. This should have scored in the high 90's, Boy, we are hard on each other around here. What more could a person want? The image is perfection in every respect. This certainly is a keeper. Very well done.
