Reminds me of a scene from "Lord of the Rings" or something! The castle looks surreal sitting up there..insurmountable; fortress like! The fountain looks real good included with it too..great job Patricia!

Patti, I visited Edinburgh many times but I feel ashamed now that I didn't saw that Ross Fountain any time. The reason could be that I've drunk a couple of Scottish beers (lol). I have to say 'thank you' to you now as your picture compensates what I've missed. Regards, Cornelius

A perfect angle for this fantastic view. Excellent composition, clarity and details. Stunning capture of this castle and fountain. The fountain is wonderfully ornate, and the castle is an elegant treat - that's quite a protective wall. I'm keeping this for my desktop. Thanks ms.fogz for a stupendious image :)
