.........a view over Derbyshire countryside. ......a put on your breaks, must stop and take a photo capture! lol! ....taken three weeks ago returning from Ilam - remember the dog! ;)
Oh..one of those shots where you have to have the rear bumper replaced on your car afterwards! LOL I think I would have done the same thing seeing this Patti! Great shot! C):-)
You spilled my pop, and my fish & chips fell on the floor too. That's ok we'll play the 3 second rule. LOL Nicely done my dear, I thought all it did was rain over thee in the spring. :)
Always remember - Follow the Yellow Brick Road, it will lead you to the Emerald City and OZ A very nice place to repose. Trust me on this one, I live there. :-)................ MY GALLERY - THE LION****Another Site I'm AT - MY DA HOMEPAGE
Amazing view and composition. The steep slope is well represented and the critters are a nice plus. Are those street lamps along the stone wall and on the hillside? If so, you'll have to come back and get us a night shot of this. At least you put on the brakes, some of the others I've seen here...
A fine pic..very nice work. Yeah I remember the dog...still have the teeth marks in me bum...thanks for the wonderful outing...the scars will never let me forget.
I would rather live my life as if there is a God and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't and die to find out there is.

Stop showing my homes to people!!! Another loverly work and I feel more romantic than ever seeing this...............almost as pretty as France.( I said, "almost!")
I agree, your landscapes are tops, Patti. I love the disappearing effect of the valley. This landscape is so interesting with its various bills and bumps. I love how the houses and sheep look so small, the olivre and ocre shades. A fantastic capture. :)
When I was a child there was an english TV-series about a doctor for animals. I had to think of this series because of the whole feeling of your image here. Peaceful and a bit slow. Nobody there seems to know, what a hurry is. The sheeps enjoy their life. Great and very beautiful landscape.
*You will have noticed that I haven't been commenting as much on your fine images!..This is because of the pains in my hands!..the constant use of the keyboard, makes this difficult..so, my dear friends..I can only apologise to you all in advance!*
