..........Curbar Edge in Calver Derbyshire and one of the many views along this stretch of rocky landscape looking down across the countryside which seems to go on for ever, ever, ever ........is that an echo?? I think this is widescreen size or thereabouts! :)

Patti: I still think that you snuck off to Colorado to take some of these. Very good view and perfectly titled.

Such a wonderful DOF on this shot, Patti! I love the various angles of the rocks and the plowed fields. Excellent shot, I wish I had a wide screen!

I like the way the barren rocks lead to a barren field that in turn leads to a wonderfully pastoral landscape. It's like passing through time. Really great image, Patti -

Great shot! An interesting choice not to include any sky but it certainly works. I like your choice of foreground which leads nicley down to the fields and villages below. Unmistakenably English, beautiful work.

Including this one, I like so much your views from above! So much details in this landscape. I also like the foreground of grass and rocks. It feels a bit strange without the sky. Really beautiful. :)

Bit of a misnomer. I like that you're actually standing back from the edge and captured the view and the "platform" too. It gives the shot some added perspective, that you'd really be missing if all you shot was the view itself.

Simply terrific, Patti, and I guess I didn't miss the sky. I didn't even notice it was gone until one of the commentors pointed it out!
