........lol! It always amazes me the skill with which some people can manoeuvre these small yachts! :O I think they are on a collision course! Photographed from the steamer boat crossing Ullswater Lake from Glenridding to Pooley Bridge.

A perfectly good boat & you end up hanging off the side of it?? LOL I prefer a motorized version..or a horse! Pretty shot no matter what type it is Patti! That water looks SO inviting! C):-)

Patti, this kind of sailing is called in Holland 'trapeze-sailing' (perhaps in the UK or else it's called so as well). I quited some years ago with this kind of sailing in the time that I was off, as I became to old and didn't have any longer the required flexibility. But it's a spectacular sport.
