..........just one adjective plus 10,000 others I can think of to describe the beautiful landscape and lakes in Cumbria. ...another photo taken from the steamer boat ...and maybe I will post a picture of the steamer boat tomorrow.... but meanwhile my other picture posted today will be a different kind of steamer! ;) ...and it is not me! lol!

...although .....we had more sun than clouds :) ...I just like to photograph the clouds because they are more interesting. :) ....and you see the light over the hills, well that is because the sun is shining behind me. ;)

I think this one is my favorite of the lake. That view is so beautiful and dreamy. I love to see these houses, the sailboats, the clouds and the gorgeous textures of the mountain. An excellent shot. :) + faves

A grand beauty of a scene with so much to take in P!! The light caressing the different tones of the hillside to the sheltered homes in the shade!! The sweet shimmer of the water nicely shows off the boats!! I feel bad for the 2 lone people in the boat with no sail…how they gonna get anywhere?? 8~)
