Wow. Talk about a diet plan. Probably would cost too much doe for me. Just imagine having that many does to McFawndle. Great shot and buck/stag/male/ seems to be keeping wary eye on photographer. Hmmmmmmmmmm, wonder what he's thinking. The color of the deer is spot on. Now let's see: one little, two little, three little .................. Better quit before I get censored.
You certainly did justice to his appendages Patti, perhaps that's what's impressed the harem. Don't they look like Bambi though? Very cute. That side-stepping technique really works a treat doesn't it, you certainly got them looking at you They were thinking 'if she carries on doing that in them heels she's going to go flying' LOL
I love the light in this and they really are so cute. You brought out the softness in their coats too. I want one!
You're right Nigel - there are a couple of females there though - they are not big even as adults. The rest are bambis and I spot a young buck there too! ...they are still greedy though!!!! LOL!

They do seem to be watching you. They must be accostomed to seeing humans with cameras in their environment. Even with that said, they are still cautious. I do not think he is greedy, lucky is the word I would chose ;)

LOL! Ten females at one time...my poor nerves could never handle it I'm afraid! Just one is more than a handful at times! LOL! What a fantastic capture Patti! You were so lucky to catch them all in one place like this! =)
I would rather live my life as if there is a God and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't and die to find out there is.

Well, I know there are men who do this - but at least they try to hide it, well try ... But Chris would not! Or is he only better in hiding it? Very nice image and I bet this guy will soon have a heart attack!
Humans are worse.. or were! LOL Some Indian princes had harems of hundreds...Still, he has quite a job of protecting and...other stuff to do. He looks protective. That's a beautiful capture of them all Patti. :)
I am late too ...
But feel absolutely certain that ALL men deep in their souls are fully convinced that they would cope with 20 or 200 females ... Rather vain our male human partners are ... LOL
