........the fading Autumn colours of the landscape are visible for all to see ....the end of one season leading into another. I expect the next time I walk along this route, it will be covered in snow and ice! ....another view from Curbar Edge looking over the Derbyshire countryside. Photograph taken Sunday afternoon.

Where did the dog go? I hope he didn't fall off. It makes me wonder how those rocks get formed into shapes like that - they're almost like ice cubes, big chunky forms leading out into the landscape. I've come to associate this type of landscape with you Fogz this one replaces Macclesfield Forest on my desktop.

Thanks to all my friends for the wonderful images I get to look at and learn from on Caedes every day. I always have something to say about them, but don't always have the time to record it. Please forgive me if I can't comment on all of your uploads.

I'm totally rockin' to the foreground works!! Get it?? Rockin'?? They're rocks!! A wee too much skyline for me, but, it does have a nice depth to the take!!

A lovely, melancholy image of a fading season, I guess it'll just be winter wonderlands soon, what a shame:)

Looks like a very popular place to visit. There are so many cars on the road. I like the capture of the Autmnal colours.

The fading colours give nice tones to this image Patti. Love this image of a now (as result of your images) well known spot.

I like those rocks. They tell a lot about the things, that were going on over millions of years in this place .. Great view!
